 Storage Tips

  • Remove greens and store roots in sealed plastic bag for up to a month for spring carrots and up to three months for fall carrots. Eat greens promptly.

Culinary Tips

  • Turn greens into pesto (see recipe below) or use as garnish in place of parsley.

  • Shred into salads, roast, or slice into long sticks for snacks! Add to the base of any soup with celery and onions to create the most delicious base.
