Storage Tips
- Tatsoi wilts easily so store in a sealed plastic bag with a little moisture inside. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes if wilted. 
- Eat within one week of harvest. 
Culinary Tips
- When searching for recipes for tatsoi, cost recipes that call for spinach or baby bok choy can be substituted with tatsoi.
